·         Communicated with vendors as well as manufacturers about all purchases and implemented Just In Time Purchasing on many items to control my inventory levels by a target of 10% yearly.

·         Maintained three quotes from all suppliers on all large buy items and computerized all the above functions for the company for the first time to produce at least 25% time savings.
